At Curren Zeit, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy.

1. Returns & Conditions You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The watch is in its original condition (unworn, undamaged and unaltered)
  • The watch is returned in its original Curren Zeit packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g. order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are excluded from returns or refunds, except in the case of a defect:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us — Send an email to: 📧 support@currenzeit.com Please include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • Photos (if the watch is damaged or incorrect)
  2. Approval — After reviewing your request, we will send you further instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
    • A defective watch
    • An incorrectly sent item on our part

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your payment provider

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect watch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery: 📧 support@currenzeit.com

Please provide the following:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the watch

In such cases, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a watch:

  • Return the original item
  • Place a new order for the desired watch

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)
